Purpose of the Role
Accent Services are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. This is a field-based role, focused on developing existing clients together with generating new business in London & the South East.
Reporting
This role is reporting directly to the Sales Director
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Increase sales in new Maintenance, Repair and Installation works
Developing positive relationships with clients
Acting as the main point of contact and handling customers’ individual needs
Generating new business using existing and potential customer networks
Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner
Monitoring sales metrics i.e., monthly/quarterly sales results against targets
Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth
Maintaining a high standard of client interaction to ensure consistent client satisfaction
Increasing company market exposure and promoting the business by various means
Working closely with the Sales Director and Service team to ensure best delivery of contracts
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales position
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of MS Office and Field Service Management Software
Prior experience within HVAC industry would be favourable
