Overview
Accent Services have recently secured a number of national portfolios and as part of our ambitious 7 year growth plan we are looking to expand into the North of England to complement our successful Southwest and London Regions. As part of the strategy we are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help achieve this growth.
Purpose of the Role
Managing and develop the regional sales and delivery thereof in line with Accent Services Strategy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations, with outstanding sales support and service delivery to our customers in the region. This is a field-based role, focused on developing existing FM clients together with generating new business in both FM and End User Clients in the North of England.
The specific areas of responsibility are, Service partner development, Service Sales Budget and Service Cost Management, Service KPI monitoring, Contract growth and developing the highest skill and knowledge among the team in the region with support from head office.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with Sales Director, Southwest Regional Manager and Service team to ensure best delivery of contracts
Propose Region Wide Sales Plan and Targets in line with Business Objectives
Set out clear action plans including resource planning and monitor progress against milestones. Ensure that the direction, objectives and actions are communicated to the section and are emphasised and updated regularly
Reports on regions sales results monthly
Analyse the regions market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Delivering the growth sales plan
Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Increase sales in new Maintenance, Repair and Installation works
Establish and evolve a team of engineers to support delivery of works to clients
Resolve escalated technical issues emanating from callouts and reactive jobs, including warranty matters
Ensure that all time critical processes are being followed by their team.
Ability to review subcontractors and Engineers work quality by attending site visits.
Provide overview of large and/or complex repair jobs, from receipt of order to completion.
Developing positive relationships with clients
Generating new business using existing and potential customer networks
Monitoring sales metrics i.e., monthly/quarterly sales results against targets
Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth
Maintaining a high standard of client interaction to ensure consistent client satisfaction
Increasing company market exposure and promoting the business by various means
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales Management, Account Management, or similar Sales role
Good technical knowledge of HVAC
Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Problem-solving attitude
Able to encourage the willing contribution of a team whilst still maintaining control.
Knowledge of MS Office and Field Service Management Software
Prior experience within HVAC industry would be favourable
