Project Details

Sector: Fit-Out / Refurbishment

Project: Old Reigatians RFC Club House

Client: RLD Building

Project Overview: VRF, Heat Pump Boilers, BMS Controls, DX Split Systems, Point Of Use Water Heating, Heat Recovery Ventilation, Ductwork, Public Health Services

Duration: 12 months (with phased hand-overs to suit the main contractors programme)

Value: £260,000

Scope Of Works
Due to heavy and extensive fire and smoke damage, Accent were appointed by the main contractor to undertake the HVAC remedial works. Full Mechanical refurbishment was undertaken to the main club house.

During the initial pre-validation stages, it was apparent the original system was running wild and generating utility bills in excess of 20k per annum.

Accent then reviewed the initial design and incorporated the client usage of the building. This enabled a more efficient energy usage and control of the entire building.

ORRFC now have a building that favours their usage and lower their energy bills.

Client Review

“Due to the fire at the property, the original O&M data was lost. RLD appointed Accent Services to survey and rectify the existing mechanical systems, due to their industry knowledge and competence. In doing so, they managed to uncover and rectify original base build errors and provide our client with a more efficient overhauled system”.
