Accent were asked to complete a tender process for the air conditioning and chiller maintenance across six campuses at Kingston University. These include, Penrhyn Road, Knights Park, Roehampton Vale, Kingston Hill, Kingston School of Art River House and Tolworth Court.
We support also with emergency call outs and repair works as well as scheduled replacement projects and any new installations.
Currently our projects department are completing a full end of life and R22 replacement project on all air conditioning units across all campuses. This is ongoing but our engineering team completed the life cycle of each system and identified which systems were approaching, at the end or past their expected life on each PPM visit.
