We've invested heavily in this world class facility, and in doing so, we're ensuring our team of expert engineers have everything they need to be the best. With specialist Mitsubishi and Daikin areas, plus zones covering heat pumps, CRAC systems, a chiller simulation panel, Turbocor and brazing skills, you’ll gain real-world, hands-on experience on state of the art tech - from day one. Accent Services are based in Shepperton Surrey with separate regional offices in Bristol and Manchester. We have a growing team of 128, of whom, 58 are directly employed engineers. As part of the Accent team you'll enjoy the following benefits as part of the Accent career package

Holidays of 33 days per annum inclusive of Bank Holidays.

15 days sick pay – rolling 12 months, following probation pass.

Quarterly Bonus scheme, based around performance attendance and adhering to company processes and procedure.

Callout rota 3-4 weeks a year, £75 per week + 5 hours minimum, plus £50 bonus per callout attended, paid at premium rates.

Call out incentive (within working time) £20 per callout attended, and a further First Fix bonus of £10 is paid.

Weekend and evening overtime available, at a premium rate.
