Accent Services are based in Shepperton Surrey and a separate regional office in Warmley and employ more than 45 mobile engineers and 45 office-based associates. Purpose of the Role

We are looking for someone with plumbing experience and accreditations, with commercial experience of site working environment, knowledge of mechanical equipment & installations and preferably with some involvement in Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP).

The ideal candidate will be paired with our AC fitter, for the completion of air source heat pump installations, plumbing installations relating to HVAC, Chlorination, small plumbing repairs such as valve and pump replacements and sealed system testing.

The ideal candidate lives in or around SW London Wimbledon/Raynes Park or near the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting routine inspections of plumbing systems.

  • Identifying and troubleshooting plumbing issues in a timely manner.

  • Performing repairs and maintenance on plumbing fixtures, pipes, and appliances.

  • Installing new plumbing systems as needed.

  • Collaborating with other maintenance and repair professionals to address multifaceted issues.

  • Responding promptly to plumbing emergencies and providing effective solutions.

  • Keeping accurate records of work performed and materials used.

  • Providing excellent customer service to customers


Desired Skillset and Characteristics:
  • Proven experience as a plumber, with commercial plumbing experience.

  • Valid plumbing certifications.

  • Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems and components.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Physical fitness and the ability to work in various conditions.

  • Valid driver's license, CSCS - Skills card

  • City & Guilds level 2 Plumbing, NVQ Level 3 Plumbing

  • Not essential – Gas qualifications
