Kent County Council is split between West, East and Mid regions, covering a range of different buildings, such as, Libraries, Children’s Centre, Adult Education Centres, Social Services, Schools, Nurseries and Highway Offices. Accent successfully quoted for the West portfolio in 2015, taking over 30 plus buildings covering the planned maintenance, emergency call outs and repair works.

In 2020, Accent expanded out the quote to cover the East portfolio. Again, this covered a range of different buildings, such as, Libraries, Children’s Centre, Adult Education Centres, Social Services, Schools, Nurseries and Highway Offices. A further 45 buildings were added to the planned maintenance, emergency call outs and repair works.

After successfully delivering on the West and East portfolio, Accent were also asked to tender the Mid region. With Skanska’s successful appointment, Accent were also awarded the full portfolio contract totalling around 50 more buildings.
