Scope Of Works
Due to heavy and extensive fire and smoke damage, Accent were appointed by the main contractor to undertake the HVAC remedial works. Full Mechanical refurbishment was undertaken to the main club house.
During the initial pre-validation stages, it was apparent the original system was running wild and generating utility bills in excess of 20k per annum.
Accent then reviewed the initial design and incorporated the client usage of the building. This enabled a more efficient energy usage and control of the entire building.
ORRFC now have a building that favours their usage and lower their energy bills.
