Scope Of Works
Accent Services were employed to renew the Mechanical services of approximately 24000sq/ft phased over 2 floors, incorporating a new Cat A / B space ready for Emirates use.

The project entailed the design and installation of new:
84 Diffusion 4-pipe fan coil units
CHW and LPHW pipework
Ductwork (primary and secondary)
New Trend BMS controls and graphic modifications

Employed on behalf of the Landlord and worked alongside Andraos Associates & Artemis Interiors as the main contractor.
